11-Month Warranty Inspection
If you’ve purchased a newly built home, chances are your builder provided a one-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. An 11-month warranty inspection is your final opportunity to have a licensed home inspector thoroughly evaluate your home before that warranty runs out—saving you from costly repairs in the future.
Why Do You Need a 11-Month Warranty Inspection
Catch Hidden Issues Early – Many construction defects and material failures don’t become obvious until months after moving in. A professional inspection can identify concerns before they escalate into major expenses.
Hold Your Builder Accountable – Most builders require written documentation of defects before the warranty expires. Our detailed inspection report with photos provides the necessary proof to request repairs at no cost to you.
Peace of Mind for Homeowners – Knowing your home is in good condition—or identifying what needs attention—gives you confidence in your investment.

Signs You May Need an 11-Month Warranty Inspection
Even if your home appears to be in great shape, underlying issues could still exist. Some signs that indicate the need for an inspection include:
-
Cracks in drywall or foundation indicating structural movement.
-
Doors and windows that stick or don’t close properly due to shifting.
-
Uneven or bouncy flooring that could signal subfloor or foundation concerns.
-
Water stains on ceilings or walls pointing to potential leaks.
-
HVAC system inefficiencies causing inconsistent temperatures or high energy bills.
-
Plumbing issues such as slow drains, leaks, or low water pressure.
Even if no visible signs are present, a professional inspection can uncover hidden defects that might become costly if left unaddressed.
